Throughout the last 2 weeks I have been observing those around me, and have witnessed the barrier between generations. I personally have been asked these questions (listed down below) and time after time I have had to validate myself and it became tiring. The aim for this entry is to give you permission to simply: Do what you love without being apologetic and without second guessing it. "Why can't you choose one thing and stick to it?"

Time
I sit here and I reflect on the element of time and how so many of us have none or too much. It just so happens that I do have quite a bit of time on my hands at the moment, that's what the universe has handed me at the moment. I don't know about you, but I often feel guilty about having free time, I look around and see so many people with full time work, leading busy lives with no time to stop and reflect on who they are and what they do everyday; it becomes groundhog day.
