Trusting Yourself.

“As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live.” ― Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Faust: First Part

What drives your decision making?

We would all love to think that we make our choices based on WE want…but the real question is:

Do we make decisions with right intention or is our intention altered by the opinions of others?

Have you ever been in a situation when you have just known that’s what you wanted? Every nerve ending in your body is telling you it’s the right decision; maybe you asked for a sign and received it… surely that’s enough for you trust?

Why is that not enough to trust? I want to know.

If we know and TRUST that the universe with working with us not against us, why do we argue?

Why do we allow peoples opinions to change what our hearts and minds desire? Isn’t it possible to discuss what we want instead of making it a question as to ‘whether we should, or we shouldn’t?’

Do we lack trusting ourselves? Are we scared of failure? Maybe we are searching for acceptance or approval? Maybe we are programmed into thinking that we do not have the knowledge to make a decision? Maybe we have been depending on others our whole life, so we resist against ourselves…

I would love to know what you think… If you would like to share your thoughts, please feel free to contact me.

Peace & love,

Mikaela
